Not with a bang.

There has been a rash growing on the back of you right hand since January. Before the rash, I had to get stitches on my wrist and the skin of the leftover scar started to dry and peel. Soon after, small, barely noticeable bumps began to form on my hand, which grew into something larger and more visible, looking almost like a burn. Just now has the rash started to fade.

I ran into the same two people on Saturday over and over again.

I managed to read a whole 600-page book today without getting caught and castigated.

I slept for several hours last night.

These are all signs.

A thousand years.

Isn’t it cute?

Flush.

Ginseng tea is the best. I think I am quite addicted to drinking it. It doesn’t even taste that great, but I just can’t stop refilling my mug.

Figure it out.

Aw yea look at dem natural curlz

Zumba.

I had my state GHP interview today… It was pretty bad.

If I get in, it’ll be because the judges pitied me, or because of my application’s super passionate written statement.

On the way to the interview site, I burnt my tongue. I’ve had a sore throat all week.

I met a ton of nice kids at the high school, which was in the middle of nowhere, and I hope they did well with their interviews.

After I did my interview, which consisted of a 15-minute speaking interview and a 30-minute written portion, my mother went shopping and I stayed in the car doing nothing because I was too tired to walk. Then we went to Olive Garden and ate lunch. I had some grilled shrimp caprese, which reminded me once more why I dislike angel hair pasta. But the shrimp was good (the shrimps were good? Lol no me gusta escribir en inglés…).

Time to start my WHAP project, Spanish project, chem homework, math homework… all due Monday… tofu.

Element 106.

What do you think of tofu? Do you think of it as a food or just a soy-based meat alternative? As a Korean, I consider it a food of its own, the head of its own category. Some think of it as simply a vegetarian staple. Some shy away from its unique texture. I think tofu is great. Its nutritional values are impressive, and it tastes wonderful when it’s handmade, steamed, and dipped into soysauce. As soup, it tastes hearty and deep. Fried, it tastes sweetly salty and delectable. When diced into small cubes and placed in miso soup, it tastes… good.

Wasted years.

Day 18: A problem that you have had

Insomnia. Sleeping is a great effort for me. Without it, my body suffers. It suffers to perform without it. I am in a perpetual state of lethargy. Yet, obtaining it is suffering too. I lay in bed, closing my eyes, seeing nothing but darkness, waiting, but it never comes. After a while, I grow restless with impatience and I simply give up. I think, “I have better things to do than wait forever.”

Squids!

I want to embed every single Jason Mraz video on this one post.

Maybe that’s going a little too far. I at least want to embed every single song from his Live on Earth DVD on here.  He’s such a fabulous singer.

It would be SO awesome if I could go to one of his concerts. That would be fabulous.

His songs other than “The Remedy” or “I’m Yours” and “Lucky” are so under-appreciated.

Agagagaga.

Day 17: Something you’re proud of

Honestly… I can’t think of anything.

111.

I am in such a bad mood.

Why can’t school start again quickly and save me from this emptiness.
