What is Ailanthus?
Ailanthus is this blog, duh.
No, really.
Fine, “ailanthus” means “tree of heaven.” Yes, it’s an actual term.
Why did you name this blog “Ailanthus”?
Because it sounds cool. Actually, “ailanthus” was my display name on MSN Messenger (and other programs and forums) for quite some time. The reason behind it, I am not so sure.
Why do you rant so much?
Ranting is a creative way to express your feelings though works of literature. Ranting is not only time-consuming, it is very enjoyable. Ranting frees your mind of all annoying thoughts and emotions. Whenever you tell something that has been bothering you, don’t you feel like a weight, small or big, has been lifted off your shoulders? I rant whenever I’m feeling emotional, and soon after I’m finished, I feel much better. Try it.

I’m not 40 yet. You could probably guess by my style of writing and by looking at the questions above that I’m a female. Asian.

I was bored. And I deleted my other blog, so I needed a new one. And I was kinda in a sucky mood and needed better things to do.
